DfE has confirmed Ukrainian refugees in England on the three visa schemes will be treated as home students for fees purposes and have access to student finance.
Access to student finance is a key barrier to entry for refugee students at HE level. See this letter written by REUK’s youth advocacy group urging the government to extend student finance to those with Limited Leave to Remain.
