Seminar detailsThis free in-person Seminar will spotlight the roles that NIACRO, employers and agencies can play to collectively support people with convictions to gain meaningful employment, and through this to reduce offending and benefit NI society. 1. Join us for the launch of NIACRO’s new Disclosure Services that help employers to develop fair recruitment practices and make informed decisions that support people with convictions to secure employment. 2. Hear about the barriers and misconceptions that can prevent people who have convictions securing employment and moving on with their lives. 3. Learn how fairer recruitment practices in relation to people with convictions contributes to NI’s social and economic prosperity, helping to get the best people into the right jobs and reducing re-offending. We welcome employers and HR professionals across all business and industry sectors, and agencies providing recruitment and employability advice and support such as government departments, statutory agencies, employment advice and guidance providers and employer bodies. |
