REFLECT RENEW AND REFOCUS FOR 2021
This programme will enable you to reflect on 2020 and seek the positives the year brought amidst all the difficulties we faced. It will support you to build upon these and develop these into actions they want to take forward into the new year.
You will also be encouraged to become action focused through goal setting and encouraging conversations, where you can develop a network of supportive women who will help you on this part of your journey to living the life they want in 2021.
The programme will also introduce you to techniques that you can apply in your daily lives to manage stress, worry, anxiety and protect your good mental health.
