Tips to help you avoid scams
As scams get more and more sophisticated, it’s getting more and more difficult to spot them. Here are some handy tips to help you avoid fraud. And if it does happen to you, please don’t feel too ashamed or embarrassed to ask for help. It’s not your fault.
It’s important to let your bank or building society know as soon as possible as they may be able to help. You should also report scams to Action Fraud so they can get a clearer picture of current scams. Police Service of Northern Ireland are also a great source of expert knowledge and help in this area.
Being more physically active is a great way to help manage stress
Being more physically active is a great way to help manage stress. Consider doing some physical activity you enjoy this Stress Awareness Month. It could be as simple as a walk in a local park with a friend, a cycle to work or a quick dip in the local swimming pool!

There are many dangers with mixing alcohol and drugs
Mixing substances can increase the toxicity of the drugs, change the effects of drugs and increase the risk of overdose.
Long-term use of substances can have significant harmful effects on the body.
