Mindful Carers six week programme

The Mindfulness Carers Project has been crafted with input from caregivers. Its purpose is to deliver a six-week programme focused on enhancing emotional wellbeing and resilience.

Bowel Cancer Awareness Month

Are you aged between 60 and 74 and have been invited to attend for bowel screening?

If you have a visual impairment please contact the Bowel Cancer Screening freephone helpline on 0800 015 2514 to let them know.

This will allow us to identify if we can offer additional support to help you take the test.


Challenging Behaviour

One of the biggest challenges parents face is managing unwanted behaviour. Most children and young people can be disruptive at times when they behave in a challenging way. It helps to have options that can be used to help manage their behaviour.

The Community Networks in the Northern Locality are working in partnership with Public Health Agency to deliver this Community Development Model to support the implementation of the Project Life Suicide Strategy for NI.
