Protective Security for Mosques Scheme

The Home Office has further extended the application window for the Protective Security for Mosques Scheme. The application process is now open until 18 February 2024. Mosques and associated Muslim faith community centres throughout England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland are eligible to apply.

The scheme provides a range of protective security measures, all of which are free of charge for successful applicants.

Potential applicants are invited to a public webinar on 15 January 2024. The Home Office team will provide an overview of the scheme, including further information on the security measures available and how to complete the application form. There will also be an opportunity to ask any questions.
