Joint Council for the Welfare of Immigrants Blueprint for Campaigning for Migrants’ Rights

Recovering from this crisis, we need bold changes for migrant rights

This crisis has reminded us that we rely on each other. We have learned who keeps our families safe and who keeps the country going when we need it most.

But we have also seen where our social fabric is weakest. We’ve seen who gets left behind.

The failings of our immigration system have never been clearer.

As the Government looks towards restarting the economy, we have an opportunity to take what we are learning from this crisis, and ensure migrants’ rights are at the heart of our recovery.

It won’t be easy, and it will take all of us who believe that a fairer immigration system is possible. Please read and share with anyone who might want to join the campaign.
