Living Life to the Full

Are you a community, voluntary or sporting group in the Western or Northern Trust area and looking to promote wellbeing within your organisation?

Aware NI is offering FREE 6-week Living Life to the Full CBT programmes throughout April-June

These programmes are designed to:
✅ Help people experiencing low mood, depression or anxiety
✅ Introduce cognitive behavioural therapy concepts to challenge and change unhelpful thinking and behaviour
✅ Provide practical tools and strategies for managing stress and improving wellbeing

A recent survey found that males in Northern Ireland were less likely than females to show signs probable mental ill health, but that females were more likely than males to have sought help for concerns about their mental health.
