Service User Experience Survey

The Southern Health & Social Care Trust (SHSCT) welcomes, values feedback and involvement from all its service users/carers.  The feedback received is reflected upon and helps the Trust identify areas for improvement and development.  Our aim is then to work alongside our service users/carers to help plan and implement changes identified and improve the delivery of Trust services.

The purpose of this survey is to ascertain if we as a Trust offer you:-

  • opportunities to provide feedback on the services you have used in the SHSCT
  • opportunities be get involved in shaping how services are developed and run within the SHSCT

This survey can be completed by any service user/carer who resides or has used services within the Southern Health & Social Care Trust.
