Who is the survey for?
The survey is aimed at individuals aged 16 and over, with one the following UK immigration statuses:
- Asylum seekers (awaiting a decision on asylum application)
- Asylum seekers (initial application refused, appeal ongoing)
- Refused asylum seekers with pending further submissions made to the Home Office
- Those granted refugee status or those who arrived in the UK through refugee family reunion.
- Those with discretionary leave, humanitarian protection or a grant of other leave/protection to remain.
- Those who have arrived under one of the UK resettlement schemes (for example, the Syrian Vulnerable Persons  Resettlement Scheme or the Afghan Citizens Resettlement Scheme).
- Hong Kong British National (Overseas) (BN(O)) visa holders
- Those from a refugee background who have been granted indefinite leave to remain or have British or Irish citizenship.
