Community Psychology Reclaimed is a social enterprise and community interest company that aims to address the root causes of psychological distress using feminist, anti-oppressive practice and collective community action. We focus on the contexts we live within and view emotional distress as responses to social, political, and systemic inequalities. We recognise the Lived Experience of communities and survivors of oppression as an important source of knowledge and wisdom that can inform and guide psychological expertise. We believe that healing and trauma recovery happen collectively through relationships, solidarity, and shared power.
