The Aim of the Association is to identify and respond to the needs of Minority Ethnic Communities and to raise awareness and understanding within the local community as the Strabane District Area and Northern Ireland is becoming a Multi Cultural Society. SECA with the help of its members deliver events promoting other cultures, encouraging integration and community development.
