Take 5 Ambassador session – Mid-Ulster
- On Monday 18th September at 6pm in the The Royal Hotel, Cookstown we will be hosting our second Take 5 Ambassador Session. This session will allow space to think about each of the 5 steps in a fun and interactive way. Supper provided on arrival!
- It is for anyone in the Mid Ulster community who wants to learn more about the 5 steps to wellbeing to help themselves or to take and pass on to others.
